What I liked about your article, Aytekin, is the way you wove the bad egg theory into a story. The back side is a new and experienced employee, which sounds like the person you are searching for, can often inspire current employees with positive input...
Identifying your employee as Toxic seems a little harsh. Like there is no point between Hired and Toxic, which I would suggest is seldom the situation. Find out first why the new employee is stuck. A Suggestion Box, or something?
There was a time when a very large organization hired employees based upon a seven word quiz. The prospect was given one word at a time and asked to respond with the first thing that came into their mind.
At the end of the seven words the employer interpreted what the individual had really told him/her. When the individual giving the test is experienced the interpretation is a Birds-eye view into the the individuals entire personality!
