We are born and taught the same things: sit-up, walk and talk! Go to school where we learn the same things: Reading, writing, and math: Off to university where we hear the same ideas: politics, critical thinking, and essay writing. We graduate and realize to become successful we must think outside the BOX. We spend our youth looking for the out-of-the-box- teacher who will teach us it is okay to be different! What is wrong with this picture? Maybe it is time to update our system, a system that will include a focus on our individual talents?
