I don’t know if I should laugh or cry. Surely, we have reached the bottom of the tank when anyone (Blasey-Ford, or otherwise) can accuse someone/anyone of something that happened, or did not happen, 34 years ago without evidence, we all become at risk.

Curious to me is Dr. Fords comment, we went to a party at the house and then I went upstairs to the bedroom. Why did she go up to the bedroom in the first place? Did she go up to the bedroom after a few drinks?

Her stats indicate she was born in 1966, this makes her 15/16 years old when she went to a party where drinking was taking place. (?). Where were her parents? Was she a rebel child?

So, this could have been any one of us since all of us have done stupid things as kids! That is what kids do, test their restrictions.

However, in the interim Dr. Ford managed to earn multiple degrees, which is commendable. Yet, she is still in therapy for an event which may or may not have happened 34 years ago, because they laughed at her?

By the Doctors standards I should have become Jack-the-Ripper! From birth until I was old enough to fight back, my mother would ‘pretend drown’ me by holding my head under my bath water. To the degree I had convulsions each time I saw my bath water. The reason I still do not like water unless I can touch the bottom.

To think Congress supported Dr. Ford as a credible reason to delay a Supreme Court confirmation, demonstrates the level of desperation an aging group of fuddie-duddies are willing to sink to in their attempt to retain the appearance of control.

If you search your hearts we all have the same desires to be happy, healthy, and productive. One could even say these same desires unite us as one, in thought. As one in thought what we do to others we in fact, are doing to ourselves. Thus, let us be kind to each other.
