Is it possible Dark Matter is simply the absence of Light? Changeable as it navigates the universe?

In addition: in reports of out-of-body and near-death-experiences, has anyone determined what these people have tapped into? If Spirit, (intellectual intelligence), what is to stop this process from dictating to the universe? No boundaries?
